We recently hosted a successful session in our monthly workshop series at the Faculty of Computing: “Beyond the Human Eye: An Introduction to Computer Vision.”
Students actively explored the fundamentals of how machines “see” and make intelligent decisions. A major highlight was the live demonstration of a webcam-based detection system built with Python, giving our participants a front-row seat to real-world industry applications.
Empowering our students with practical industry exposure remains our top priority. Thank you to everyone who participated and made this session so interactive!
