The OTHM Level 7 Diploma in Health and Social Care Management is a postgraduate qualification regulated by Ofqual and listed on the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF) at Level 7 equivalent to Master’s degree level. Comprising 120 credits, the programme develops advanced competencies in strategic leadership, organisational change, performance management, workforce development, and quality improvement. Learners are equipped for senior management and leadership roles across hospitals, healthcare organisations, and social care services. Upon completion, learners may progress into postgraduate employment or pursue a full Master’s degree through a partnering university, typically by completing an additional 60-credit dissertation stage.
