The OTHM Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership is a postgraduate qualification regulated by Ofqual and positioned at Level 7 on the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF), equivalent to Master’s degree level. Upon successful completion, learners may progress to a 60-credit dissertation stage at a UK or international university partner to achieve a full Master’s degree or MBA.
